Beat License Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all beat purchases from No Other Choice Records[cite: 1, 2, 3, 4]. By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to the license terms associated with the selected license tier[cite: 1, 2, 3, 4]. All licenses are non-exclusive unless stated otherwise[cite: 1, 2, 3, 4].
Basic License
Starter Use License[cite: 4]1. Grant of Rights
- The buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the selected beat for the creation of one (1) song[cite: 4].
2. Usage Limits
- 50,000 total streams across all platforms[cite: 4]
- 5,000 total downloads or sales[cite: 4]
- Upload to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and similar platforms is allowed[cite: 4]
- Monetization is allowed[cite: 4]
3. Files Provided
- MP3 file only[cite: 4]
4. Restrictions
- The buyer may not resell, lease, or distribute the beat itself[cite: 4].
5. Expiration
- This license expires automatically once any usage limit is exceeded[cite: 4].
- Continued use requires upgrading to a higher license[cite: 4].
Premium License
Artist License[cite: 3]1. Grant of Rights
- The buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the selected beat for the creation of one (1) song[cite: 3].
2. Usage Limits
- 250,000 total streams across all platforms[cite: 3]
- 25,000 total downloads or sales[cite: 3]
- Upload to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and similar platforms is allowed[cite: 3]
- Monetization is allowed[cite: 3]
- Music videos are allowed[cite: 3]
- The buyer may also use the song for sync placements and commercial placements, subject to written clearance from No Other Choice Records and any other rights holders before the placement is finalized[cite: 3].

- MP3 file[cite: 3]
4. Restrictions
- The buyer may not resell, lease, or distribute the beat itself[cite: 3].

Unlimited License
Unlimited Release License[cite: 2]1. Grant of Rights
- The buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the selected beat for the creation of one (1) song with no stream or sales limits[cite: 2].
2. Usage Rights
- Unlimited total streams across all platforms[cite: 2]
- Unlimited total downloads or sales[cite: 2]
- Upload to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and similar platforms is allowed[cite: 2]
- Monetization is allowed[cite: 2]
- Music videos are allowed[cite: 2]
- Live performances are allowed[cite: 2]
- The buyer may also use the song for sync placements and commercial placements, subject to written clearance from No Other Choice Records and any other rights holders before the placement is finalized[cite: 2].

Exclusive License
Exclusive Rights Agreement[cite: 1]1. Grant of Rights
- The buyer is granted exclusive rights to use the selected beat for one (1) song, subject to the terms of this Agreement[cite: 1].
2. Usage Rights
- Unlimited total streams across all platforms[cite: 1]
- Unlimited total downloads or sales[cite: 1]
- Upload to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and similar platforms is allowed[cite: 1]
- Monetization is allowed[cite: 1]
- Music videos are allowed[cite: 1]
- Live performances are allowed[cite: 1]
- The buyer may use the song for sync placements and commercial placements, subject to any separate written agreement required for the placement opportunity[cite: 1].
3. Files Provided
- WAV file[cite: 1]
- MP3 file[cite: 1]
- STEMS[cite: 1]
4. Ownership & Availability
- The credited producer retains authorship and any rights not expressly transferred in writing[cite: 1].
- Once sold, the beat will be removed from public sale[cite: 1].
- Any previous non-exclusive licenses granted before the exclusive sale remain valid[cite: 1].
5. Restrictions
- The buyer may not resell, lease, or distribute the beat itself unless otherwise agreed in writing[cite: 1].

Credit Requirement
All releases must include the credit line shown on the product page for that beat[cite: 1, 2, 3] / one of the following credits, depending on the beat and credited producer[cite: 4]:
- If the beat is credited to Big ADE, the required credit is: Produced by Big ADE[cite: 1, 2, 3, 4].
- If the beat is credited to DR.MANHATTAN, the required credit is: Produced by DR.MANHATTAN[cite: 1, 2, 3, 4].
- If both names are listed for a beat, both credits must appear exactly as shown on the product page[cite: 1, 2, 3, 4].
Ownership
All beats remain the intellectual property of the credited producer unless otherwise stated in writing[cite: 1, 2, 3, 4]. No Other Choice Records may act as the licensing administrator for the sale and delivery of the beat, but ownership remains with the credited producer unless a written agreement states otherwise[cite: 1, 2, 3, 4].
Non-Transferable
Licenses cannot be transferred, sublicensed, or shared with third parties[cite: 1, 2, 3, 4].
Legal Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for clearing any third-party samples or content added after purchase[cite: 1, 2, 3, 4].
Agreement Acceptance
By purchasing a beat, the buyer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms[cite: 1, 2, 3, 4].
